In Store Pick Up

In store pick up is free for all items, including bikes and oversized products. Most orders will be ready within one business day. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup. 

If you need an item right away, please call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 21 days.

Shipping

Shipping through the website is available within Canada only for most in stock items. Bicycles and some heavy/large/hazardous items are excluded from shipping.

If a shipping option does not show in the cart for your order please email us at [email protected] for a shipping quote.

Return shipping is NOT included with any shipped orders and there are NO refunds on shipping costs.

Rebec and Kroes Cycle & Sport is not responsible for any delivery issues due to an incorrect delivery address.

Return Policy

Products may be fully exchanged or refunded in store only, up to 30 days after the original date of purchase. Products must be in new condition with original packaging and original purchase receipt. No refunds or exchanges on bicycles or special order items. Returns will be refunded to original payment type or as an in store credit.

Return shipping is NOT included with any shipped orders and there are NO refunds on shipping costs.

21 Day In-Store Layaway

Layaways are possible in store on purchases $500 or greater.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required up front and the balance must be paid by the time of pick up within 21 days from the initial deposit.
